My wife's band has finished recording their album. Now we're all listening to it and deciding on the order of the songs. They're also going to sleep on the mix and come back to it with any minor tweaks we still can't leave alone.

I'm working on the cover art.

I'm listening to it right now, in fact!

I'm really excited about this. It has some of their best songs on it, stuff I've been itching to share with people who can't make the shows. It might also be just the tool we need to get the band into some venues that have so far been unreachable.

But more importantly, the music I currently use to inspire my writing is now that much more polished.
